Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Project Management, Design, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in change management and adoption, preferably within a Digital, IT, or Technology environment.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills — able to tailor tone and complexity to different audiences.
• Strong visual design skills and expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), and Gen AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai).
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to apply them to internal content and design.
• Experience with digital communication platforms such as Viva Engage, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to change.
• Strong interpersonal skills; confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
