Manage and ensure the accuracy of the S&OP process where forecasts are discussed and fine-tuned.
Develop demand forecasts and operational forecasts at various levels (prepare background information: demand history, sales trends, seasonality, etc. to support sales forecasting).
Review and fine-tune sales forecasts by analyzing sales trends (collaborate with sales and marketing teams to integrate market information into forecasts).
Measure and report forecast accuracy and conduct root cause analysis on key forecast variances.
Monitor and report on significant changes to sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
Improve performance in sales and inventory management by building strong organizational communications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience in supply chain.
Reporting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
