DBA & BI Specialist

Job Description

Design, install, and configure database systems
Support and optimize database performance
Manage backup processes and data recovery
Ensure the security and access control of databases
Monitor and analyze database system performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
Collaborate with development teams to design databases and optimize queries
Perform software updates and upgrades for database systems
Manage hardware and software resources related to databases


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in database management
Proficiency in SQL database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or related systems
Knowledge of backup, recovery, security, and database optimization concepts
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for database systems
Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication skills with other technical teams
