Job Description

As a Data Scientist (d/f/m) at TSETMC, you will be responsible for business analysis and insights holistically across business and qualitative data. You build ML models and prepare analytics for market supervisors to drive decision-making for staying away market from defrauding. We want to develop new algorithms to cope with the Iran capital market institutions' challenges based on requirements. Furthermore, We ETL the data, analyze it, and train ML models to explore complicated participants’ relationships.

What You'll Do:

Develop machine learning models at scale and in the Oracle database to structure and analyze scientific data.
Adopt the latest technologies and trends in AI to your platform.
Deeply understand and analyze our data model per data source and interpret model decisions.
Collaborate with the data engineering team to define annotation tasks, and metrics, and perform qualitative and quantitative evaluation.

Requirements

The candidate will be responsible for:

At least 2 years of hands-on working experience in a data science role, preferably.
Related experience with stock market data and/or working at a broker.
A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence or similar (Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Technology).
Background in the Iran capital market data.
A business-driven mindset to turn data assets into revenue streams.
Good knowledge of relevant programming languages (Python, SQL).
Experience in at least one framework for BigData (e.g. Spark, DASK).
Deep Learning (e.g. Tensorflow, PyTorch).
Experience with both supervised and unsupervised problems and solutions.
Mastery of Machine Learning, including up-to-date knowledge of the latest ML innovations and frameworks.
Agile mindset.
Affinity with marketing and technology.

We do not expect you to have complete mastery over all the mentioned items. If you are familiar with some of them and you are eager to get to know the rest along the way, this job position is a good option for you.
