About the position:
As a Data Science Team Lead, you will lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience. The ultimate goal of the Data Science Team Lead is to help the company improve its products and business decisions by making the most out of its data.
Responsibilities
- Lead a data scientists and analysts team to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain data, algorithms, and statistical models to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
- Communicate complex data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field; 1+ years of experience in leading a team of data scientists and analysts.
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
