Data Analytics Manager

Job Description

Your mission in Zarrin Roya Group is to lead the development processes for effective analysis and reporting in order to optimize the organization's business performance.

• To provide and develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytical solutions.
• To lead cross-functional projects utilizing advanced data modeling and analysis techniques.
• To build, develop and maintain the data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
• To design and build the technical processes for dealing with business issues.
• To oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze key business and operational functions and performance metrics.
• To ensure the accuracy and deliverability of data following comprehensive policies and processes.
• To manage and optimize the processes for data acquisition, validation, extraction, and engineering as well as modeling, visualization, and delivery of communication data.
• To review, interpret and report the results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing teams, etc.
• To monitor the data/report requests process. (Tracking sent requests, prioritization, confirmation, etc.)
• To develop and execute the organizational expectations and regulatory requirements of quality controls and department standards for making sure of the quality standards.
• To monitor the analytics projects in order to extract, manage and analyze customer data through multiple applications, ensuring deadlines are met.
• To make the reports and present them to the manager and stakeholders.
