Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and intelligent Data Analyst to join AP’s growing team in Service Management Department. Job Summary Provides analytical support of AP’s Fintech and Banking Services and prepares needed reports and dashboards. Assists with the development of departmental performance benchmarks and measurements Main duties: UNDER SERVICE MANAGER SUPERVISION: ● Collecting, synthesizing and assessing qualitative and quantitative Large Data Sets. ● Hire techniques and tools for the transformation of raw data into meaningful and useful information for business analysis. ● Providing Reports and Dashboards as foundation for critical business decisions, generating charts, tables, maps or graphics for presentations, to summarize or track operations and activities, as well. ● Importing or retrieving data from various sources; links, converting or saving data into database, spreadsheet, or graphic format. ● Performing statistical and qualitative analysis on data gathered from different internal and external sources. ● Maintaining data related to key business performance indicators. ● Assisting with benchmarking of programs and service delivery. ● Providing technical support to data collection and analysis functions of the department. ● Performing related works.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics and etc.) ● 2+ years of experience as an analyst or engineer in the data, statistical, and BI space. ● Well-Experienced with Excel. ● Analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases and complete root cause analyses. ● Experience with common analysis tools such as SQL, Python. ● Ability to communicate and present complex ideas to stakeholders. ● Flexible, Teamwork and Detail-Oriented culture. Preferred: ● Experience applying statistical methods to solve business problems. ● Experience working with large data sets in data warehouse environments. ● Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
