Business Data Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our company as a Business Data Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, generating actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization to enhance business performance and contribute to sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to identify opportunities, emerging trends, and potential risks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and analytical models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and the effectiveness of key initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, reporting systems, and analytical processes.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a clear, structured, and professional manner.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in business analytics, data analysis, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and dynamic business environment.
