The person in this role will be responsible for the following: - Designing, executing, and evolving CRM target marketing strategies - Responsible of daily operational activities and availability of systems - Overseeing direct communications with company staff through the CRM. - Other related duties as assigned - Working hours: Full Time job
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or Science areas - 2 years of experience in administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM at least - Working history of planning and implementing CRM campaigns - Design and Integrate business processes and data flows, in CRM - Create or Customize CRM Dashboards which provide a collection of view lists, charts and frames that can display data from the CRM database - Work closely with other team member to provide CRM subject matter expertise on all major project requiring a CRM solution. - Provide user training on all custom CRM solutions, workflows, forms and dashboards - Experience in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes - Expert in MS Office such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint - Critical Thinking - Complex Problem Solving - Attention to Detail - Good knowledge of English - Ideal Age: 30 - 35
