
Job Description
● Collaborate with the marketing manager in preparing a plan to attract, retain and develop customer relationships. ● Analyze the new needs of the organization and update the customer relationship management system. ● Collaborate with the organization's information systems development and software production team to effectively implement CRM software. ● Identify and develop customer relationship channels. ● Carry out market research and field research in order to identify customers' habits, opinions and preferences. ● Appropriate segmentation of customers and application of special and customized behaviors towards strategic customers. ● Measure customer satisfaction and loyalty. ● Evaluate the organization to meet customer needs. ● Record information and track the status of competitors. ● Design and operation of customer complaints and suggestions handling system. ● Collaborate with different departments to create an integrated approach to customer issues. ● Collect management reports related to the marketing manager in specified periods.
Requirements
● Successful experience in CRM projects, preferably in retail (food industry). ● Sufficient knowledge and experience in the field of CRM software. ● Creativity and ideation. ● Teamwork and effective communication with others. ● Graduated from prestigious universities.
