Description of activities:
- Determine specific CRM strategies to retain customers
- Manage CRM promotions including planning, budget and risk management, through execution and
related analysis
- Maintain excellent customer relations and communications with internal and external customers
by organizing CRM management
- Organize and Lead CRM's team to meet objectives and targets, using established internal
processes
- Support sales and Marketing teams by CRM’s activities and teams
- Collecting data organizing information for marketing campaigns
- Presenting clear and organized reports
- Evaluating and grading customers
- Consistent customer monitoring
