You will be responsible for working alongside marketing manager to lead the way and giving us a
point of difference to our competitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in: • Launching Club
Customers • Conferring with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about
products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. •
Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints,
or comments, as well as actions taken. • Preparing the Analytical Report about the Complaints and
Satisfaction of the Stakeholders • Planning and implementing stakeholders care scenarios aligned
with company strategy • Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques •
Devising and evaluating methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls,
or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data. • Advertising campaign effectiveness evaluation
• Preparing reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into
written text. • Preparing feedbacks regarding issues and proposing new scenarios for increasing
stakeholders satisfaction
Requirements
• B.S. /M.S. in Industrial/ IT Engineering/ IT Management• At least 3 years of work experience in CRM field • Expert in working with CRM applications • Expert
in Microsoft Dynamics / Office 365 • Being familiar with the concepts of Operational/Analytical and
Collaborative CRMs • Analytical vision for categorizing ideal prospects • Have experience in running
e-mail, notification and different kinds of CRM campaigns • Being familiar with technical KPIs of
CRM and PR (CLTV, CSAT, etc.) • Experienced in running PR campaigns • Advanced knowledge of
and experience with analytical functionality within Microsoft Excel • Advanced experience with
developing slide presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint • Strong critical and creative thinking skills •
Ability to identify and assess problems and solutions, refer to applicable policies, identify options,
and recommend appropriate courses of action • Ability to organize, interpret and analyze large
volumes of qualitative and quantitative data. • Excellent communication skills
