Job Description

Objective: The role is one that combines Customer Service, Sales and Marketing. You will be helping to build our clients customer base by speaking with members of the public face-to-face. This requires a strong aptitude to learn fast, work hard and have a great attitude. The successful candidate will essentially be the face of our client's brand representing them to potential customers. Main responsibilities: - Experience Building Strong Relationships Internally and Externally. - Team Leadership Experience or Experience Working within a Team. - A Solid Work Ethic and Desire to Succeed and Grow. - A Competitive Nature and a Drive to Win. - Reporting to: Sales and planning Manager. - Subordinates: Senior Sales Managers. - Number required: 5. - Duration: permanent. - Desired start date: immediate. -Other interactions: Marketing -Desired start date: immediate -Probation: 3 months -Working hours: 8 Hours plus needed time

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. -Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience with demonstrated use of Analytical skills. -1+ Year Experience supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) -Specialist knowledge: Applications i.e. Microsoft Dynamics-2010, Salesforce.com. -Familiar with UX design principles. -Other Skills: Excellent Communication Skills and Above Average Customer Service -Ideal Age Range: 25 above -Language Skills: Farsi and English
