The role is one that combines Customer Service, Sales and Marketing. You will be helping to build our clients customer base by speaking with members of the public face-to-face. This requires a strong aptitude to learn fast, work hard and have a great attitude. The successful candidate will essentially be the face of our client's brand representing them to potential customers. Requirements
- University qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Previous experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience with demonstrated use of Analytical skills. - 1+ Year Experience supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Applications i.e. Microsoft Dynamics-2010, Salesforce.com. - Familiar with UX design principles. - Excellent Communication Skills and Above Average Customer Service Skills. - Ideal Age Range: 25 above.
