Job Description
We are looking for a capable person at the Monzio so that we can use his/her expertise and capabilities as a member of the creative team. The creative team is one of the teams of the marketing department and includes two sections: ideation and copywriting.
- Design the slogan of marketing campaigns: receiving the brief, defining the concept, and key message, and designing the slogan.
- Convert messages and slogans into basic visual ideas.
- Define brand story, brand concept, and weekly concept to align with core ideas for social media content.
- Prepare written and visual content for all brand communication channels and media such as SMS, social networks, websites, print, etc.
- Form and lead ideation and brainstorming sessions to reach practical ideas.
- Prepare video scenarios, written guidelines, and their implementation in the brand.
- Coordinate and manage creative resources reasonably to improve both effectiveness and efficiency.
- Review works monthly and quarterly, and assist in collecting outstanding works.
- Responsible for creative and effective recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.
- Provide helpful feedback to strategy, and generate inspiring ideas in order to create even more high-quality works.
- Decide which work will be sent to represent the company at different national and international creativity competitions.
- Maintain a belief in being creative, and display the power of curiosity and creativity in daily life.
- Keep being patient, persistent, and hopeful for pursuing the “Big Idea”.
