The Finance Courier is responsible to transact all sorts of currencies and other different forms of payments and follow up on some administrative banking affairs.
Main responsibilities:
Deposit the registered checks to the banks and receive the bounced checks.
Perform some particular clerical work regarding cash and financial transactions.
Perform all related banking requirements and procedures such as currency exchange office-related issues.
Ensure all deadlines are met.
Refer to different banks and tax organizations to follow different tasks.
Register all received checks from customers in order to deposit them into the company accounts.
Record monthly bank statements and send a copy to the factory.
Maintain all the related records according to the directions.
Requirements
Diploma or Associate’s degree (preferably in Accounting).
At least 2 years of experience as a courier/treasurer/cashier.
Familiar with Word and Excel.
Ability to work under pressure.
Time management skills.
Data entry skills.
Good knowledge of the handling, depositing, and recording of money, check, and other monetary items.
Ability to carry on routine and repetitious work accurately.
Ability to deal with the public wisely and with courtesy.
Good enough in mathematics and efficient in simple record keeping.
