Work Summary: Railway expert who has sufficient experience/knowledge in local bidding process, characteristics of Iranian civil projects, with personal network with local railway industry and government authorities. Contract/Bidding Documents: - Review of contracts and bidding documents of Iran railway project. Cost Estimation/Local Tendering: - Cost estimation based on Iranian Base price list published by MPO/Tendering for local contractors. Business/Network: - Businesses networking with parties in Iranian railway industry. (Client/contractors/consultants) Risk Management: - Reviewing and hedging risks in Iranian railway projects. Position: Director/General Manager
Requirements
Degree/Major: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering discipline or a relevant engineering disciplines Sex/Age: Male / Aged 45 over Language Proficiency: English Mandatory : Fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills / Persian Mandatory : Fluent Professional Experience: Minimum 20 years of work experiences in Iranian infrastructure project with bidding/design/construction duties and minimum 5 years of cost estimation experience in Iranian railway project for recent 10 years. Mandatory Requirements: Bidding experiences in at least 5 Iranian projects over 100 Mil USD. Conditions for Preference: Work experiences in Iranian railway project as the employer or consultant/general contractors Other: Person with no grounds for disqualification working in Iran and/or Korea
