Job Description

  • Implement assigned corporate affairs programs and policies for all stakeholders to achieve a positive image and brand at their level.
  • Implement assigned programs to create and maintain a positive image of the organization to the external public at their level.
  • Manage the production and dissemination of information with the targeted public through appropriate channels in line with the corporate mission and vision.
  • Manage and coordinate research into stakeholders' perceptions and image of the organization, to achieve and maintain a positive reputation for the organization.
  • Follow up on the communication and corporate affairs budget balance with the finance and procurement departments.
  • Being the point of contact with authorities at their level.
  • Implement corporate social responsibility that champions and develops the ethical, environmentally friendly, and community-minded side of the organization at their level.
  • Manage the development and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
  • Be the corporate affairs partner for the factory manager and HR business partners.
  • Communicate the company and country regulations to the teams and monitor safeguarding their OTIF execution.
  • This position requires weekly travel to the factory, as well as occasional travel to other provinces as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Literature, Journalism, Finance, or related fields; or MBA graduate. 
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge.
  • Interest in politics and media.
  • Stress management and multi-stakeholder project management.
  • Patience and good follow-up skills are essential.
