Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with partners, including hotels, airlines, agencies, and transportation companies.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with relevant legal standards and company policies.
  • Maintain and update the document management systems, ensuring all contracts are accessible and current.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the execution and management of contractual obligations.
  • Resolve any disputes or issues that arise, seeking legal advice when necessary.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and legal developments to inform contract practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 5 years of relevant contractual experience, preferably in the tourism industry or service companies.
  • Experience in professional negotiation and regulation of two/multilingual contracts (Farsi and English).
  • Full mastery of Office software and document management systems.
  • High accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Introduction to the structure and process of tourism in contracts.
