Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with partners, including hotels, airlines, agencies, and transportation companies.
- Ensure all contracts comply with relevant legal standards and company policies.
- Maintain and update the document management systems, ensuring all contracts are accessible and current.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the execution and management of contractual obligations.
- Resolve any disputes or issues that arise, seeking legal advice when necessary.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and legal developments to inform contract practices.
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 5 years of relevant contractual experience, preferably in the tourism industry or service companies.
- Experience in professional negotiation and regulation of two/multilingual contracts (Farsi and English).
- Full mastery of Office software and document management systems.
- High accuracy.
- Strong communication skills.
- Introduction to the structure and process of tourism in contracts.
