We are seeking an experienced Contracts Supervisor / Contracts Lead to manage, control, and oversee all contractual matters of the company. The role is responsible for ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting business units through effective contract governance and administration.
Key Responsibilities
•Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize various domestic and international contracts
•Plan, manage, and supervise all contract-related processes across the organization
•Monitor proper execution of contract terms and follow up on contractual obligations of all parties
•Identify contractual risks and propose preventive, corrective, and control measures
•Ensure contracts are fully compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies
•Maintain close collaboration with Finance, Technical, Project, and other internal departments
•Manage all contractual correspondence, including amendments, extensions, renewals, and terminations
•Prepare and present periodic reports on contract status, risks, and performance to senior management
•Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of contracts administration staff
•Conduct initial reviews of contractual disputes and support dispute resolution processes
•Review the validity, adequacy, and compliance of guarantees and securities in line with contractual terms
•Follow up on renewal, release, forfeiture, or replacement of guarantees as stipulated in contracts
General Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (Judicial Law, Private Law, Criminal Law, or International Law)
•Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in contracts management or legal affairs
•Strong familiarity with Iranian laws and regulations, including Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Labor Law
•Solid understanding of tendering and bidding processes
•Proven experience in managing contractual guarantees and bank guarantees

•Strong knowledge of contract principles, structure, and legal terminology
•Advanced legal analysis and contractual risk assessment skills
•Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements
•Expertise in different types of guarantees and securities and selecting the appropriate type based on contract nature
