Job Description:
Estimate costs and prepare budgets for CM products
Organize process workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
Monitor production to resolve issues
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
To check that the manufacturing process meets all quality standards and health and safety regulations
To ensure GMP aspects of production process.
monitoring and improving productivity
to monitor size parts and ensure about maintenance of production equipment
collecting data and producing reports
liaising with CMO departments to ensure about quality and quantity of products
Identify risks and opportunities.
Responsible for assuring compliances to all regulatory requirements and communicate it with CMO departments.
Perform analytical review, recommend, and implement corrective action for any exception condition.
Improving OEE & decreasing stoppage

Requirements:
Full familiarity with manufacturing injectable products
Familiarity with GMP Standards especially sterile and injectable products
Mastering the production of different injectable products
Effective experience in related position
Familiarity with Project Management
English Fluency: Advance
Ability to provide appropriate solutions to improve and resolve problems
