● Day-to-day management of contractual provisions.
● Communicate and promote negotiated corporate agreements.
● Receive change requests in Contract Management (CM) department.
● Communicate with subcontractors.
● Prepare change orders (to the extent required from CM department).
● Adjust contract scope based on change orders.
● Update the change management file.

● Arrange and participate in risk management meetings.

● Support risk identification, analysis and handling.
● Receive claims.
● Participate in contract review to define claim reference and responsibility as well as respective assessment.
● Follow up on claim status and make reports.
● Track and record claims for E2E visibility.

● Support supplier selection processes and procedures.
● Prepare routine responses and bids.
● Support performance analysis of suppliers.
● Support the provision of reports and communication with other stakeholders.

Requirements
● Ability to draft simple contractual instruments in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines.
● Telecom industry understanding.
