- Control of subcontractor’s contracts.
- Check and control of subcontractor’s invoices.
- Cooperate in contractual affairs.
- Providing required document for extra works, reworks & new items in any type discipline as civil, structure, piping, mechanical, instrument, electrical, painting, insulation … and tracking of them to acceptance of clients.
Requirements
- Gender Preference: Male
- Military Service Status: End Certification or Permanent Dispensation
- Ideal Age Range: Maximum 40 years
- Experience: At least 3 years in construction of oil, gas & petrochemical plants and similar projects
- Education: Bachelor of Civil engineering or similar
- Language: Familiar with professional text in English
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
- Skilled in various general conditions of contracts (GCC)
- Skilled in Technical office affairs (quantity surveying, estimation, cost analysis, MPO & NIOC published price lists)
- Experienced in checking subcontractor invoices
- Experienced in contractual affairs
