Job Description
- Negotiating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to conclude a contract.
- Preparing contracts for contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Performing quality and technical evaluations of contractors and suppliers.
- Obtaining the necessary permits.
- Handling and reviewing status reports.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and other related fields.
- At least 15 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with ICDL.
- Knowledge of equipment, systems, and materials in various fields of construction.
- Familiarity with the supply chain of building materials.
- Familiarity with meters and estimation of construction items.
- Getting to know the general conditions of the agreement.
- Familiarity with insurance and tax laws of contracting and procurement contracts.
- Familiarity with bills for delays, adjustments, etc.
- Ability to negotiate and hold meetings.
