Job Description

  • Negotiating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to conclude a contract.
  • Preparing contracts for contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Performing quality and technical evaluations of contractors and suppliers.
  • Obtaining the necessary permits.
  • Handling and reviewing status reports.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and other related fields.
  • At least 15 years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with ICDL.
  • Knowledge of equipment, systems, and materials in various fields of construction.
  • Familiarity with the supply chain of building materials.
  • Familiarity with meters and estimation of construction items.
  • Getting to know the general conditions of the agreement.
  • Familiarity with insurance and tax laws of contracting and procurement contracts.
  • Familiarity with bills for delays, adjustments, etc.
  • Ability to negotiate and hold meetings.
