Job Description
-Ensure all assets are being accurately recorded and tracked in a centralized Configuration
-Develop, build and maintain Configuration Management standards, policies and procedures
-Agree the scope of the configuration management processes, function, the items that are to be controlled, and the information that is to be recorded
-Manage access to the tools and servers
-Design and build of operation reports and dashboards for Configuration Management
-Plan and conduct configuration verifications and configuration audits
-Change Management: Support ensuring change is enabled and controlled across all environments
-Support JIRA, REDMINE and Confluence administration, including creation and management of custom, complex projects as well as users and groups, workflows, security schemes, custom fields, dashboards and reports configurations
-Install, manage and administer JIRA and REDMINE add-ons, plugins, and extensions
-Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation
