Compliance Manager

Job Description

Novo Nordisk Iran is seeking a Compliance Manager to support ethical business practices and regulatory compliance. This individual contributor role involves advising on internal policies, business ethics, and company regulations; drafting compliance materials; supporting training initiatives; monitoring business activities for compliance; maintaining audit-ready documentation; and managing compliance projects and process improvements. The position is part of the Legal, Compliance & Quality Department, which provides legal and compliance guidance across the organization and promotes a strong culture of integrity.

Candidates should hold a law degree and have at least 5 years of legal or compliance experience, preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical company or international law firm. Strong knowledge of Iranian laws, legal analysis, risk management, stakeholder engagement, project management, and English communication skills are essential.
