Job Description
Purpose: Lead group-wide reward strategy, compensation frameworks, and governance of all monetary and equity-based programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain market benchmarking and grading systems
Build and oversee pay structures, HR budget frameworks, and ESOP
Lead C&B audits and reporting for boards
Support venture-level implementation and compliance
Qualifications: 8–10 years in C&B, total rewards, or finance-aligned HR; excellent in modeling, policy design, and stakeholder management
Technical Competencies: Job evaluation systems, compensation modeling, budgeting tools, auditing & reporting
Behavioral Competencies: Confidentiality, analytical thinking, integrity, precision, stakeholder diplomacy
