Job Description

Extract and review employee attendance and timekeeping reports from relevant systems

Process monthly payroll including overtime, leave, allowances, and statutory deductions

Prepare workforce analytics and payroll-related reports

Support preparation of insurance and payroll tax filings

Analyze HR data and provide management reports

Calculate and monitor direct and indirect labor costs

Ensure accuracy of employee payroll-related data

Participate in payroll process improvement initiatives
