Presently, Applyica company is hiring a Communication and B2B Marketing Specialist to support the execution of the company's branding and sales goals. This position requires an experienced professional with a solid background in building and managing high-functioning connections focused on the acquisition and development of new partners and growing senior-level relationships in those partners with a particular focus on agencies and agency partners. You will also support the advancement and implementation of essential communications intended to enhance and protect Applyica's reputation and highlight Applyica's position as a leading immigration company. We're scaling up our communications function to meet the needs of the business as it rapidly grows, and you'll play a key role in crafting the strategy, driving execution, and shaping the future of the function.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead partnerships with industry associations in-country and out-of-country that are relevant to our business activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive programs, and regulatory changes affecting the immigration industry.
  • This role will work closely with marketing to build out B2B marketing and engagement programs and drive new engagements, preferably through a virtual delivery model to expand our exposure.
  • Build solid and lasting relationships with key organizations at multiple levels to ensure we are exceeding expectations and building on our relationships to grow the business.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborative initiatives to enhance relationships with key companies.
  • Candidate must have the ability to handle efficiently and time-manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and be very detail-oriented

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in media relations management or communication.
  • Experience in the immigration industry is desirable.
  • Skills in e-communications and online publishing tools.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies for a professional company.
  • High energy, with strong attention to detail, who is eager to grow their career in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Team player.
