Maintenance Expert

Requirements

• Proficient in the standards of mechanical and electronic facilities.
• Proficient in at least one of the main equipment (electrical panel, chiller, boiler, fan coil, pool treatment plant, air conditioner, and BMS).
• At least five years of relevant work experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to follow up and be patient.
• High ability and skill in communication with our residents and customers.
• Familiar with English.
• Attention to detail and ability to solve problems quickly.
• Ability to manage and plan the facility team.
