Summary

The main focus of the Commercial Support Partner is to provide critical support to sales teams (HCP and Retail), acting as a vital link between the commercial team, supply chain, and external partners.
The individual will be responsible for facilitating sales transactions, managing data integrity, and building sustainable partnerships with key accounts to support the Pharma business. As a proactive problem solver, the individual will ensure efficiency in our commercial operations, ensuring that patient needs are met through accurate stock management and streamlined distribution processes.

The Commercial Support Partner reports to the Ecosystem Enabler.

You will be responsible for:

● Facilitating sales and stock liquidation of Established and Non-Promo Products (Directly) and support Promo products (Indirectly) by coordinating effectively between the commercial team and the supply chain/logistics section (both internal and external). You will act as the focal point to harmonize communications between distributors, wholesalers, and the commercial team to process customer requests and orders efficiently.
● Building and maintaining strong business partnerships with key stakeholders (Purchasing committees, Pharmacists, Finance, Supply departments) at the regional level. You will visit key account pharmacies to collect orders, facilitate order conveyance to wholesalers, and follow up on the liquidation of slow-moving stock.
● Acting as the "face to the customer" at the key account level, responsible for developing sustainable partnerships through joint business plans and customer development plans. You will assist in negotiations and coordinate closely with the commercial team to ensure alignment with Roche objectives.
● Supporting data collection to ensure activity efficiency, including updating the Pharmacy database quarterly and creating monthly reports on Roche product stock. You will closely monitor sales versus stock trends, identifying discrepancies in distributor statements and maintaining accurate market intelligence.
● Compiling, summarizing, and analyzing commercial information to provide actionable insights to the Ecosystem and Finance teams. You will regularly track and report on commercial KPIs and performance, highlighting issues with suggested action plans.
● Ensuring all sales orders and activities comply with company guidelines. You will continuously identify process improvement opportunities—such as in data collection, systems databases, and tender management—to maximize efficiency and ensure sales-related compliance.

Who You Are

● You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
● You have 7 to 8 years of relevant experience.
● You have proven experience in sales support, sales administration, or commercial operations.
● You have excellent knowledge of current governmental customer requirements, distributor processes, and internal organizational processes is essential.
● You have the ability to provide insight analysis and generate comprehensive reports.
● You have experience in database management and commercial KPI tracking.
● You have pragmatic problem-solving skills for both internal and external customer challenges.
● You are fluent in Farsi & English (speaking, reading and writing).
● Military end service license is required for men
