Job Description

  • Spearhead the development and execution of end-to-end S&OP processes.
  • Enhancing the strategic alignment between stakeholders from sales, marketing, operations, and finance to align demand and supply plans.
  • Implement robust demand forecasting processes to have a cohesive approach, streamlined decision-making, and improved performance.
  • Facilitate tactical and strategic problem resolution across demand planning, supply planning, customer service, and physical distribution to deliver the best results.
  • Manage the export project.
  • Analyze, in-depth, the sales results, shipments, inventory performance, and sell-out at distributors to ensure demand outlook is incorporated into long-term BU strategies.
  • Perform weekly meetings with the industrial team to review supply challenges, risks, and opportunities to balance the demand and prioritize the needs.
  • Support the product mix management based on product margin and portfolio analysis.
  • Ensure the best customer service level at the minimum cost.
  • Improve product availability and delivery execution by weekly alignment with the production plan.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce the transportation and distribution costs.
  • Reinforce collaboration with distributors and customer-centricity.
  • Manage the transactional processes and required documentation from order to delivery.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline logistics processes.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; an MBA graduate; a Master's degree in Management is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain management roles of preferably FMCG companies.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes, demand planning, inventory management, transportation, warehousing, export regulation, and logistics.
  • Good understanding of production planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced level of English.
