Job Description
Objective: supervising/managing, monitoring/Controlling all the activities & staff in the Commercial Dept. and report it to the Commercial Manager. Responsible to carry out the predefined deliverables within the deadlines. Main responsibilities: • Control and follow up day-to-day commercial activities. • Taking care of the whole procedure of tenders from announcement till final submission of documents. • Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation. • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. • Gathering all the information from related departments and preparing the Price Calculation files. • Following the contractual issues such as correspondences and documentation from receiving the draft for signing till getting PAC/FAC and releasing the PBGs. • Coaches Commercial Dept. employees on best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks. • Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects. • Preparing marketing materials based on the meetings for different business cases. • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/Partners (Foreign & Local) in regards of agreements, orders and payments issues. • Managing all marketing and market development Activities. • Follow up the sale process according to the sale policy& objectives of the company. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand. • Establish and maintain relationship with current and potential customers. • Monitoring all the Project’s on-time Delivery, within scope and within budget. (Just Project Controlling from Contractual aspects). • Tracking & managing all the tasks in the Department. Reporting to: Commercial Manager Subordinates: staff in commercial Dept. Number required: one Duration: Permanent Position - annual contract Desired start date: at earliest Probation: 1-3 months depending on the performance Working hours: Saturday-Wednesday 8AM-6PM Travel requirements: occasional travel within country Gross monthly base salary: in accordance to the capabilities-open for negotiation Commission / Bonus: negotiable
