IMPORT EXPERT in the FOREIGN Commercial department of MazMaz HOLDING.
List of responsibilities:
- import expert position in the mazmaz commercial department.
- Provide all types of required reports between suppliers and our companies.
- Continuously work/follow up on all process of goods starting from registering the proforma to customs clearance.
- Track all the tasks related to L/Cs, Payments, currency allocation, with our bank and the central bank of Iran.
- To be up to date with the latest terms and conditions of the all authorities we are working with (JAHAD - SAMT - MARKAZI BANK...) (and provide them to the team and the manager).
- Reporting to: Import manager and the Supply Chain Manager.
- Subordinates: N/A.
- Length of Probation Period: 1 to 3 months.
- Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday (8AM to 5:30 PM)
- Wednesday (8AM to 4:30 PM).
Requirements
- Food Industry BS/MS.
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST >>> 4 Years of experience in food raw material importation.
- Team Player.
- Archiver.
- Result Oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- EXPERT in supplier communication
- EXPERT in Import Registration (SABT-E-SEFARESH)

- English Skills (READING, WRITING, And SPEAKING) is a MUST. You need to be able to easily talk with suppliers + send emails every day with a formal style.
