Job Description

- Responsible to get quotations and placing orders to suppliers - Responsible to check invoices and OAs - Responsible to follow company's internal procedures to place the orders - Responsible to arrange shipments - Responsible to prepare customs releasing documents - Responsible to report to commercial manager and managing director - Responsible to record and keep records of orders and shipments

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years experience as commercial expert - Having good communication skills with foreign and local suppliers - Having well level of English language skills. - Good skills to work in a group - Having skills to manage job and being decision making - Having good knowledge of Microsoft skills
