- Reporting to board of directors
Perform international and local commercial activities from A to Z including:
- Research and locating the best international and local suppliers - sourcing
- Keeping the vendor lists updated
- Keeping budget lists for both local and international purchases
- Providing comparison chart with taking into consideration the most competitive price, best payment condition and deadlines
- Corresponding and negotiations
- Order placement and other necessary follow ups and tracking
- Preparing general and purchase contracts
- Arranging payments and transportation
- Follow up the customs procedures with the customs clearing agent/company
- Preparing, handling, archiving all necessary documentation from pro-forma Invoice to shipping documents
- Handling all international relations of the company
- Assigning tasks to other commercial employees and supervising their activities
- Providing weekly reports for the company`s directors
- Handling other tasks that are assigned on daily basis
Requirements
- Holding BA/BSc. MA/MSc. in commercial management / Business administration
- Engineering background is profoundly preferred
- Fluent in English (Ability to conduct business conversations and write business letters in a very proficient and fluent manner is mandatory)
- Min 5 years of experience
- Good knowledge of Incoterms, logistics, Shipping charters, international trade procedures
- Strong negotiation skills
- Persistent, with high follow-up skills until the desired outcome is achieved.
- Expert in application of office tools
- Perfect report making and presentation skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines
