Job Description

Seeking a professional who is able to perform Import process especially for FMCG goods, with background in imports, clearance, and etc. • Experienced in shipping & transportation • The successful candidate should be detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently. • Additionally, this position will require someone with strong initiative, proactive approach and multi-tasking skills. Team cooperative working, good skills of communication and gathering information.

Requirements

• To perform Import process with background in imports, clearance, and the related financial issues. • Comprehensive Knowledge of order registration, banking process and all logistic affairs. • Cooperating & supporting with sales / Procurement department in order to import FMCG products from other countries to Iran. • Give feedback to the agent for each offer. Try to get competitive price & being a good support for the group. • Handles the import, and transit of goods which are transported from any countries via land, sea, or air and arrange for collecting / Clearance and local delivery. • Being able to get freight inquiries from abroad agents, internal shipping agents. • Monitor and follow local laws and regulations in customs. • Plan and coordinate all activities of custom clearance. • Report regularly to Head of Department / Managing Board. • Knowledge in the English language is required.
