Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Identify and develop international markets, establish strong relations with global clients and partners.
Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and oversee international trade and export agreements.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and provide strategic reports to senior management.
Export Operations: Manage logistics, customs, and compliance with international trade regulations.
Networking: Represent the company in global exhibitions, conferences, and pharmaceutical events to build strategic networks.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in international business and export management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
Language Skills: Full proficiency in English (spoken, written, and negotiation); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
International Regulations: Familiarity with export standards, customs procedures, and global compliance regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA, EMA).
Digital Skills: Proficiency in market analysis tools and business management software.
