Job Description
● Conduct business correspondence, find suppliers, and set contract terms.
● Carry out and coordinate all foreign trade affairs such as finding resources, correspondence, negotiation, ordering, order registration, and other import process formalities.
● Prepare purchase orders and review goods requests.
● Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, credibility, production, and distribution.
● Analyze price quotes, financial reports, and other information to determine appropriate prices.
● Direct monitoring and registration of orders such as the cost of purchased items, production plans, loading, and delivery of orders.
● Submit reports to the CEO.
