Job Description

The commercial expert will be responsible for A-Z of the raw material, from sourcing and ordering the material and getting relevant governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses till receiving it in stock. Responsibilities: ● Control and follow up purchasing process from A-Z. ● Find new suppliers and evaluate them based on price, quality, service, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier’s reputation and history. ● Document control, and making sure all required information and documents are in place. ● Cooperate with the finance department to control, plan and forecast future orders. ● Prepare weekly reports for all commercial activities.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of experience in related fields. ● Excellent in corresponding. ● Good IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). ● Good communication skills. ● Good teamwork skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and manage work through prioritizing. ● Bachelor's degree in Commerce or other related fields.
