Job Description
As the commercial expert of Golzar Ettesal Trading Co., your duties vary from finding new companies which you think might be suitable for our future business collaboration, contacting them and introducing our brand, finalizing orders with the help of your manager, and then confirming the proforma invoices.
Of course, your duties do not end here since I will be in charge of checking and supervising how the loadings of our orders will be, by contacting the suppliers to our forwarders, referring the importing documents such as packing lists, bill of lading, importing licenses, etc. from the suppliers to our clearance’s team, and doing the necessary coordination with our exchangers in between so the work would be done nice and clean.
What really matters in your area of work is trying to handle devising, developing, and implementing tailored commercial strategies to deliver improved results and impact, for instance; Supporting delivering key commercial objectives of the organization in areas such as market creation and engagement, strategic sourcing, contract management, supply chain management, strategic relationship management with partners.
