Job Description

● Commercial correspondence, finding suppliers and setting contract conditions. ● Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering, order registration, and all other import process formalities. ● Prepare purchase orders and review requisitions for goods. ● Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier’s reputation and history. ● Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices. ● Plan and coordinate all activities of custom clearance. ● Straight monitoring and recording of orders such as items purchased costs, production/loading plans, and delivery of orders. ● Reporting to the CEO.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree. ● Minimum 5 years of experience in managing the commercial department. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Computer skills (MS Office). ● Self-motivated and proactive. ● Acceptable spoken and written English skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and manage work through prioritizing. ● Excellent team management and people skills are essential.
