Control and follow up commercial activities:
● Getting price lists from suppliers.
● Doing negotiations with suppliers about quality and prices.
● Finding new suppliers.
● Check reliability of new suppliers.
● Negotiate with suppliers on payment methods.
● Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving
● Manage all steps that are involved from purchasing the products to deliver them to our warehouse; It included, insurance, LC, shipping, necessary trade, and health permissions, and customs releasing and delivering to the warehouse.
● Be up-to-date on current regulations and monitor applicable law changes.
● Responsible for carrying out commercial, contractual, administrational duties and document management, order, and order tracking.
Requirements
● Familiar with the latest INCOTERMS and import-export regulations.
● Familiar with opening LC and bank procedures.
● At least 3 years of related experience.
● Fluent in English.
● Experienced in foreign commerce.
● Have a good command of computer skills (MS Office, Photoshop, Outlook, and Internet).
● Have a good knowledge of Import/Export Laws and Regulations.
● Able to work under pressure and manage work through prioritizing.
● Self-disciplined, diligent, teamwork skills.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial Management is a plus.
