Job Description

● Control and follow up all commercial activities (financial, shipping, delivery, quality control, feedback). ● Following the principles, reviewing and adjusting commercial documents, shipping documents and supplier contracts. ● Corresponding and tracking the internal and external sources and parties. ● Following to get approval from CBI for money transfer and Handle money transfer on NIMA. ● Receiving and checking bills from suppliers, getting approvals, and sending them to the accounting department. ● Creating an archive all documents and sales information. ● Handle the daily commercial activities of the business. ● Preparation of periodic reports at the request of management. ● Perform the needed activities delegated by the CEO.

Requirements

● High ability in documentation to maintain all information. ● Fluency in English (all 4 skills). ● Complete mastery of NTSW. ● Full competency in Conversation and correspondence in English. ● Fully skilled and proficient in MS Office software, especially Word and Excel. ● Age: 25-35 ● Preferably: Female. ● Degree: Bachelor's. (at least)
