-Manage all import and related activities
-Planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs and services such as sourcing
-Corresponding, negotiating, contract modification, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery
-Schedules, commercial registration procedures, custom affairs, transporting follow-ups
-Monitoring the conclusion of purchase contracts and clearance of purchased items
-Create archive of record of all purchase information
-Study international market trends, prices and recommend actions accordingly
-Plan to find new suppliers and rank them
-Referrals and contacts with institutions, companies and factories regarding the needs of the company
-Working Time: Saturday – Wednesday: 8:00 - 17:00 / Thursday: Closed
-Probation: 3 months
Requirements
-At least B.S. degree in preferably Commercial Management (Higher degree is preferred)
-Expert in business with up to 3 years of experience
-Excellent oral and written communication skills ability to: Market Analysis, Data Analysis, Sales Strategies
-Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations
-Full knowledge of customs regulations and customs clearance
-Ability to handle high level s of stress
-High Ability to work with Microsoft office especially with Excel
-Strong, Ideal and effective PR
-Highly fluent in English Language
