Job Description

1-purchase & import process and goods shipping 2-Checking the import documents such as packing list, Performa Invoice, Invoice and etc. 3-sent and received several samples in order to check the cargo in terms of quality 4-negotiate about commercial issues based on agreement INCOTERMS 5-negotiate with several companies to do shipment 6-responsible to prepare and check shipping documents including PL (packing list), PI (proforma invoice), BL (bill of lading), CO (certificate of origin), MD (manufacture declaration, if needed) from seller companies Request to dispatch documents by DHL 7-responsible for date entry related to shipment and monitoring of shipment by successive communication with the forwarder shipping agency 8-negotiate with the inspection companies in order to apply inspection for our request and get certificate of inspection (COI) 9-working with Sabtaresh portal in order to register importations at MOC 10-get Shenase Ezhar for customs clearance process.

Requirements

Previous experience: 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturer company or industrial company Specialist knowledge:commercial management Other Skills: driving, leadership ability Ideal Age Range: 30-40 Gender Preference: any Language Skills: English Current Residence: South East of Tehran. Varamin, Pakdasht Only Working Time: from 5 days a week from 7:30Amm to 18:30 PM Place of working: Abbas Abad Industrial Town city
