Job Description

Objective: The commercial expert is responsible for handling all aspects of import – direct or internally - from beginning up to end, includes: • Collection, delivery, and classification of all documents for each step after doing relevant issues such as freight, shipping documents, permissions, ensuring of cargo … • Preparation of all necessary Customs documentation, ensure the cargo and any other required step to facilitate timely release of imported goods and minimize relevant costs such as demurrage or detention • Being in touch with relevant authorities, company parts depending to need on the phone or face to face visit Main responsibilities: All Communications with Foreign Suppliers, Order placements, Original documents issuance Plan, perform and coordinate all commercial affairs such as correspondence, negotiating, ordering. Checking PI & Shipping documents Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists. Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods with a timely proper feedback to relevant manager plus a precise history record of each dossier Communication, getting proforma/ commercial invoice/ packing list/ test report/ communication with inspection company and coordinate to inspect cargo- Ensuring the cargo, registration of insurance in customs, getting damage / loss costs from insurance companies, if needed Check shipments when they arrive to warehouse in order to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications. In case of having problem (less/ extra or wrong delivery) responsible for relevant follow up till getting appropriate result. Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems. Calculate costs of orders on time Order registration, Import & Release permission from MOH, MOC, Vet organization & Standard or any other authorities Register GMP of suppliers, warehouse visits, sampling and relevant issues such as Lab result with MOH, and standard organization. Follow up on clearance of all imported materials with the Customs Broker Being in touch with forwarder during all transit process of freight Preparing & updating a file for status of all importing process as well as following up to send samples for importation permissions timely. Providing monthly / quarterly and yearly reports Any other delegated issues depending to need and regulation changes in relevant authorities Professionally English speaking and corresponding - Follow ups from A-Z of import process Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager Other interactions: MOH & MOC, Customs, Customs Broker, Forwarder Number required: 2 Duration: 3 month Probationary period Desired start date: ASAP Working hours: Sat. to Wednesday (8:30-17 or more if needed) - Thursday (8:30 -12:30 or more if needed) Travel requirements: yes

Requirements

University qualifications: Having a BSc of Food Science or commercial management is an advantage but no limitation for graduated of other fields Previous experience: 1-2 Year experience, even Fresh Graduated Specialist knowledge: Good knowledge on Microsoft office and all English skills specially writing and speaking Familiar with commercial subjects such as Incoterms, Other Skills: Eager to Learn & work • Self-motivated • Rational & analytical thinking • Positive & Problem solving attitude with a strong team work ability • Committed to finish the delegated issues on time, precise and cost saving Ideal Age Range: 20-30 Language Skills: English Current Residence: Tehran
