Job Description

Assist in the purchasing process of APIs, raw materials, necessary equipment's/devices for manufacturing projects and reporting. • Doing the Import formalities including getting necessary permits from Ministry of Health and Commerce • Following and facilitating the custom clearance procedure • Creating purchase orders, based on company purchase policies • Preparing files to open L/C or T/T International Marketing Research Main Responsibilities • Skillful in products presentation both in English and Farsi • Negotiation, correspondence and reporting skills • Relationship with overseas customers • Timely Inventory reviews to place in time orders • Control and follow up commercial activities- Coordinate international commercial affairs such as corresponding, forecasting, monitor of orders process with suppliers such as; payment, shipments, commercial registration, transporting follow-up • Identifying the new potential customers and build customer relationship. • Visitors’ coordination arrangements including getting appointments. • Ability to Travel all over Iran based on customer or business requirements.

Requirements

• Full English knowledge (in all four skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening • Preferably M.S. in MBA, DBA, Marketing, Business or other related areas. • Decent experience in import and export, negotiation • Minimum3 years of experience in related areas. • Ability to work in a team. • Negotiation skills • Presentation and communication skills • Military service must be completed for male applicants
