- Research and Evaluate Suppliers and Manufacturers Based on Price, Quality, Service, Support, Availability, Reliability, Distribution Capabilities and Other Supplier's Qualifications and History.
- Analyze Price Proposals, Financial Reports, and Other Related Data.
- Price Negotiations and Order Registration.
- Get all required Import/Export Permissions.
- Arrange and follow up money transferring (TT/LC)
- Arrange for custom clearance activities.
- Co-ordinate with Logistic Companies to Ensure Proper Shipment and Delivery.
- Negotiate with Shipping Lines and Inspection Companies to Enquire about Rates and Services.
- Monitor Shipments and Resolve Any Possible Issues in Regards to the Transportation.
- Reporting to the managing director
- Frequent overseas travels (if necessary)

Requirements
- BS or MS degree in related fields, especially commercial management
- At least 3 years of similar experience
- Full knowledge of import & export regulations and affairs including:
Commercial correspondence and communications in English
Practical experience in MOC registration and obligation necessary permissions
Familiar with TT and L/C
- Good knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office and International Business
- Familiar with banking procedures.
- Acceptable Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
- Good Team Player with Strong Communication and Writing Skills.
- Ability to Manage Time and Meet Deadlines.
- Having good foreign and local communication skills and full knowledge of commercial correspondence and communications.
- Ability to work under pressure and overtime
