Job Description

Purchase order preparation and placing orders to suppliers.
Handle all necessary documentation from proforma invoices to shipping documents and logistics issues.
Get the necessary documents from the related company for registration.
Prepare documents for import licenses.
Make sure of the correctness and sufficiency of the purchase information provided.
Correspond, negotiate, follow up, and handle all steps of purchases from order, EPL, and release, till the final result.
Manage all processes of procurement.

Requirements

Fluent with NTSW System, and EPL.
At least 3 years of experience.
Highly motivated.
Up to date with current laws, and regulations and anticipating changes if required in working areas (such as import and customs affairs).
Excellent communication skills, both in Farsi and English.
Ideal age range: 25 to 35 years old.
